渡航免状

この者はアルタナ四国協商に属す民であり、
傭兵の任に当たるため貴国に渡航することを
許可する。貴国領にて、正当なる保護と便宜
を与えられるよう関係諸官に要請する。なお、
この者が万一死亡せし時には、貴国は我が国
へ通知する義務を負うものである。
